Is it wrong for an atheist to work for a faith-based organization?

If a company is based on and promotes a certain religion, should atheists (and others with opposed religious views) forgo working there? For example, suppose that a person works at a Christian university, one that explicitly promotes Christianity to its students and the wider community. Is it a breach of integrity to work for that university, purely for the paycheck? Does the kind of work matter?
