How should one promote Ayn Rand?

I believe this is the type of question that destroys the hard work of many sages like Jesus Christ, Buddha, and now Ayn Rand. At work I try and help out coworkers with anything that I can give them to make thier lives and jobs easier, including throwing in the Kitchen sink (since I am a plumber). But realistically everyone behaves differently and unless you want to start a Ayn Rand Cult you can only teach those people that want to genuinely learn for better self improvement. So for me the only way to promote Ayn Rand is to live it and have the passion inside of myself to help others along the way with my geniune experiences. So how do you promote Ayn Rand? By picking the right students.
